Meet your English teacher Amanda D.!

Hi, my name is Teacher Amanda and I live near Philadelphia, PA. I have been an online ESL teacher since 2019 and love it! I have experience teaching children from many countries ages 4-18 at all levels. It is rewarding for me to watch my students having fun while becoming more confident with their English. I will give your child a lot of praise encouragement and gentle corrections. I use many props and toys to keep children engaged. I also incorporate fun rewards that reinforce the lesson material and each child's interests. I am able to adapt my lessons to accommodate all kinds of learners from quiet to energetic. In my spare time I enjoy fitness, reading, and cooking. We also love to travel as a family!
