Hello! My name is Denise. I have been teaching English since 2018 and I have taught a wide variety of students ages 4 and up from Japan, Vietnam, Korea, China, and Poland. Before I became an online English teacher, I offered free tutoring and babysitting in my hometown, which helped me a lot in improving my way with kids. My teaching style uses a lot of total physical response, props, and encouragement to boost my student’s confidence. Teaching for me has never felt like a job. I just feel as if I’m doing it as a hobby. I am a patient and positive teacher, and I understand that every student has their own goal and is moving at their own pace.
