Meet your English teacher JayJay!

Hi! My offline teaching career started in 2017 and my online teaching career started in 2021. I am friendly and calm and enjoy spending my leisure time reading, writing and finding cool places to explore in my country. I enjoy speaking to new people from different cultures and backgrounds. I use a lot of TPR and extra teaching resources such as flash cards, toys and pictures depending on the student and their language ability. Younger students would need more animation and tools as to help them stay engaged and interested. I focus on pronunciation and conversation as those help develop fluency. My lessons revolve around the need of the student.I am a very encouraging teacher who believes in creating a safe space in which a student does not feel scared to explore a new language. My Superpower is that I can do different voices for all the NovaKid characters!
