Meet your English teacher Mia M!

Hi, my name is Mia M and I’ve always been passionate about teaching. I used to work as a schoolteacher in my home country, where I taught English to students aged 6 to 16. Lately, I've been mostly volunteering as an English instructor in my local community, helping newcomers learn the language. Like my students, I learned English as a second language, so I fully understand and appreciate the challenges involved and I know how to make their learning process easier and more fun. I also like my students to feel confident and motivated. Learning English and being able to speak fluently is a skill I’d like to help them build. Apart from teaching, I like traveling to foreign places and meeting new people. My Superpower is that I can make delicious and yummy cakes for my family and friends. So I’m looking forward to sharing this exciting learning experience with you!
