Meet your English teacher Raquel!

Hello! My name is Raquel. I have been teaching English online since 2019. I decided to become a teacher because of my love of working and interacting with kids. I usually use the Communicative Language Teaching method in my lessons. It emphasizes the student's ability to communicate in real-life contexts, and students learn to make requests, accept offers, explain things, and express their feelings. This method focuses on improving fluency, which is the number one goal of most English learners. I know children learn best when they are having fun. I am here to help your child learn English in a fun way. After our sessions, your child will be confident conversing in English. See you in class!
