Novakid kooli programmid on ülesehitatud kooskõlas Euroopa CEFR A1 ja A2 tasemetele, mis vastavad Cambridge YLE Starters, Movers ja Flyers testidele. Proovitunni käigus hindab õpetaja lapse inglise keele taseme ja järjepidevalt jälgib õppearengut, et kindlustada edasiliikumine.

Novakid kooli programmid võtavad arvesse laste vaimseid omadusi vastavalt vanusele. Proovitunnis teeb õpetaja selgeks lapse taseme võttes arvesse tema vanust ja teadmisi. Novakid kooli õpetajad ja metoodikud jälgivad lapse arengut ja muudavad programmi vastavalt lapse vajadustele kogu õppeprotsessi vältel.
Novakid kooli programmid lähtuvad CEFR põhimõtetel ja koosnevad neljast põhitasemest, spetsiaalsest koolieelikute programmist ja edasijõudnute intensiivsest rääkimiskursusest "Time2Talk". Tasemed koosnevad üksustest. Igas üksuses on 4 samateemalist tundi, mis koosnevad grammatikast, sõnavarast ja rääkimispraktikast.
Õpetajad jälgivad ja haldavad õpilaste edusamme, kes saavad hea töö eest tunnistuse. Lisaks on meil spetsiaalsed grammatika-, rääkimis- ja lugemistunnid, et õpetajad saaksid õppekava individuaalselt õpilastele sobilikuks muuta!
Tund kestab 25 minutit. See on ideaalne aeg lapsele õppimiseks, kuna ta ei väsi ja õpib materjalid tõhusalt. Uuringud näitavad, et eratundide (eriti inglise keelt emakeelena rääkivate õpetajatega!) õppemaht on palju suurem, kui see seda on rühmatundides.
Me oleme veendunud, et õpilased peaksid tunde nautima ja enda inglise keele saavutuste üle uhked olema. Pärast iga taseme läbimist ja hindamistunni järgselt saavad Novakid kooli õpilased tulemuste eest tunnistuse ning lapsevanemad saavad neid tulemusi enda sotsiaalmeedias jagada!
