STARTERS

Niveau 2

Niveau 2 van het Novakid-programma is ontworpen voor kinderen van 8 tot 9 jaar. Leerlingen leren Engels op een interessante en boeiende manier. Zij voelen zich zelfverzekerd, omdat zij al veel woorden over verschillende onderwerpen en elementaire grammaticale constructies kennen. Zij kunnen eenvoudige gedachten onder woorden brengen, de leraar begrijpen, deelnemen aan elementaire conversatie. Aan het einde van niveau 2 zijn de kinderen klaar voor het Pre-A1-examen (YLE Starters) (luisteren en spreken)

Communicatievaardigheden

Aan het einde van niveau 2 kunnen de leerlingen:

  • de locatie van voorwerpen bespreken met behulp van verschillende voorzetsels
  • de gevoelens van anderen beschrijven
  • dieren vergelijken en beschrijven
  • tot honderd tellen in het Engels
  • praten over favoriet speelgoed, dieren, bloemen, sport
  • praten over familie
  • praten over hun voorkeuren
  • praten over alledaagse activiteiten (televisiekijken, sport) en hobby's
  • de tijd vertellen
  • praten over favoriete activiteiten in verschillende seizoenen
  • praten over etensvoorkeuren
  • gebeurtenissen in het verleden bespreken met gebruikmaking van was / were
  • vragen en uitleggen hoe je ergens komt

Woordenschat

De leerlingen breiden hun woordenschat uit over de volgende onderwerpen:

  • klaslokaal
  • emoties
  • dieren
  • speelgoed
  • sport
  • familie
  • kleuren
  • eten
  • maanden
  • openbare plaatsen
  • huishoudelijke artikelen

Grammatica

De grammatica van niveau 2 (Starters) omvat de volgende definities en structuren:

Lezen

De leerlingen kunnen letters in lettergrepen zetten en eenvoudige woorden lezen.
