What does the phrase “Bust a Move” mean?

Greetings to you, Hessa Al-Mutairi.
This phrase could have two meanings.
It could be African-American slang that means “to leave”. It is synonymous to “get in gear”, “hit the road”, or “make a move”. We can say, “My bags are packed and I will bust a move early tomorrow morning.”
Bust a move could also mean to dance. This phrase is from a song of the same title by Young MC. When someone is dancing energetically and just feeling the music we can say, “Wow! I don’t know that she can bust a move like that.”
